(The challenge)

Sala Air Conditioningfaces unique SEO challenges despite having an established domain. Without regularly updated, optimized content, they risk stagnating in search rankings, losing visibility to competitors. SEO My Website Guruis helping by implementing effective strategies that enhance online presence in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplexand drive local engagement.

  1. Fifty years of reputation, invisible on the site. Sala has more than 130 reviews across Yelp, Birdeye, Angi, and others, averaging 4.5–4.9 stars, but its own Reviews page showed none of them. The site also had no LocalBusiness schema, so none of that reputation could turn into star ratings in search results.
  2. 19 city pages built from one template. Each service-area page swapped in a new city name over nearly identical body copy. At that scale, Google tends to treat the pages as thin, duplicate content and stops indexing them instead of ranking them.
  3. Missing from page one for its own head term. A search for "AC repair Dallas TX" returned newer, more aggressive competitors across the first page and no Sala result. There was also no map embed, and the full address appeared on only two pages, so Google had little to confirm where Sala actually operates.

(The solution)

Taking over the SEO on a newly created website.

Local SEO Strategy & Market Mapping
  • Evaluated the website's most pressing needs while collaborating with their web mistress. Outlined Sala's entire trade zone: principal market for developing a content targeting strategy.
Location-Specific Content Build-Out
  • Created location-service pages targeted at high-intent combinations throughout all suburbs in the trade area. Each page was crafted to align with how a potential client typically searches — focusing on near-me intent, city-specific, and service-specific terms — instead of relying on generic industry terms that local operators cannot realistically rank for.
Technical & On-Page Optimization
  • Enhanced the site architecture and confirmed that all location pages were properly indexed and accessible for crawling. Optimized the homepage and key service pages for primary trade area queries. Created consistent NAP signals to strengthen Google's comprehension of the service area.
